The paper takes train control data transmission service for example to declare the executive process of SLA management. Finally, the business management system provides the functions of monitoring and evaluating the performance of network and the quality of service. And it can give the reason of faults and offer measures of solving the faults in time. The article designs the network resource model of GSM-R system and provides designing ideas of business data model, after analyzing logical relation between bearer businesses and network equipments. Then, it studies the analysis method of the impact of network alarm on bearer businesses and designs processing procedures of the analysis module. Above all, this paper totally studies the all aspects of monitoring system of the quality of service for railway businesses based on the SLA and has important guiding meaning for the system development in the future.
